My Go to Skinny Bytch Meals
Share
Let’s talk about it… We know when we are eating clean and when we aren’t…
So today we are going to talk about my skinny bytch meals. These are actually good asf and come in handy when it’s time to calm tf down in the kitchen. You see me? I eat what i want now even hot fries i know, i know but Andy Cap has me in a chokehold. It’s him not me….
I have a rule where I eat clean, more often than I don’t. Just like I make sure I always workout more often than i don’t to continue to get results. Weight loss doesn’t mean be perfect… it simply asks you to do things in moderation. Eating crazy everyday but expecting to loose weight is a dream, a fairytale and we are more cooked than we think with that mentality. Results demand action period.
Meal 1: The Hot Girl Salad
I like to grab some organic spring mix to start. Yes, I said organic because I’m trying to get healthy and be fit so why am I injesting produce with chemicals all over them that cause other health issues overtime. If I’m going clean then i mean clean. I then like to add in some boiled eggs. They are great for weight loss, hitting protein goals and getting your omegas in for healthy skin, nails and brain functions. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll add in cucumber, carrot, baked chicken etc but usually i keep it simple. I finish it off with a plant based dressing if I’m not using my organic cold pressed olive oil and lemon dressing that i make to add on top. That’s it. If I need a reset or want to balance out my eating ill have a few salads throughout the week while rotating other healthy meals.
Meal 2: The Bland Plate
I call this my bland plate despite it having so much flavor because everything is so literally simple. This meal includes ground beef, sweet potatoe and romaine lettuce with a little sour cream. This meal will do it everytime. Though basic asf, it’s satisfying, filling and tasty. Of course i season everything with healthy options like garlic powder, onion powder, a little sea salt, black pepper and my favorite cayenne pepper. The sweet potatoe i leave alone. I bake it nice and slow so it’s really soft and sweet and i eat it without the butter, sugar and unnecessary extras. We are trying to loose weight adding too much is not smart. Something that’s healthy for you can quickly become unhealthy depending on how it’s prepared and then seasoned. Always keep that in mind
Meal 3: The Salmon Dinner
This is called my salmon dinner because that’s literally what it is. I typically pan sear my salmon and serve it with a well cooked sweet potatoe and a side of Brussel sprouts and again nothing is cooked with added unnecessary extras. I use olive oil not butter, a little sea salt not a bunch of table salt, and when sugar is needed i use a little organic agavae nectar not granulated sugar. It’s all a choice and can make or break your diet.
Another thing, I don’t drink sodas. I drink olipops and poppi… why? Because they serve my health and gut flora vs fill me with sugars and no benefits. These drinks are made to help with bloating and digestive health so I invest into quality or just taste.
When on your weight loss journey, or deciding to live a healthy lifestyle. The little things matter at the end of the day. These are just a few things i do to keep in shape and keep my digestive system working properly. The digestive system is ultimately your immune system so take care of it.
